We pride ourselves on sourcing the highest quality produce, with a strong focus on Australian-grown macadamias and local ingredients from the Sunshine Coast region whenever possible.
How should I store my nut products to keep them fresh?
To maintain maximum crunch and flavor, we recommend storing your nuts in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For extended freshness, they can also be refrigerated.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship our products Australia-wide. Due to strict customs regulations regarding food and plant matter, we do not offer international shipping through our online store at this time.
Are your products suitable for people with allergies?
All our products are processed in a facility that handles tree nuts, peanuts, gluten, dairy, and soy. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed allergen information.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most East Coast metropolitan areas receive their orders within 3-5 business days via Australia Post.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food items for change of mind. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
